All are on prime property, and with a reputation for excellent work, the company's outlook is positive.

I had the opportunity to review several of Scenic Development's upcoming projects. The Falls at Boulden Ridge in Bluffdale offers 99 building lots in three phases. The residential lots are large and the homes start at $279,900. Aspen Crest in South Jordan will eventually have 44 homes starting at only $159,900. The site is conveniently located close to Interstate 15, shopping, dining and entertainment. I was impressed with the view of the Jordan River and the mountains to both the east and the west.
Kim told me about a business park called North Springs in Spanish Fork. Eight commercial lots are available for purchase. The four easternmost lots will have buildings with light industrial, warehouse and office space available for sale or lease.
