(KSL News) A teen driver high-centered his car on a rail line this morning.
The 17-year-old was driving into oncoming traffic near 5600 West and 1300 South. He then shot across a rail road crossing at a diagonal- and got stuck on the tracks.
He claims he was going the speed limit and didn't know he was on the wrong side of the road.
The driver was not drunk and has no injures.
Police cited the teen for not having insurance.
