ST. GEORGE, Utah (AP) -- Two people have been arrested in connection with a pornography raid.
Yesterday, 54-year-old Susan Russell and 22-year-old Clifford Lee Whittaker were in court on charges of third-degree distribution of pornographic material. Prosecutors say Russell faces 15 counts, while Whittaker faces two counts.
Authorities say hard-core pornographic materials were allegedly being sold in the backroom of Russell's tattoo and body-piercing studio. Whittaker worked as a clerk at the studio. Officers seized thousands of books, magazines and movies last week during the raid.
Russell and Whittaker's next court hearing is set for December 8th.
