(KSL News) -- There's trouble again in Eagle Mountain.
Two weeks ago city council member Linn Strouse was put in, as the town's 9th Mayor in 10 years, but only in an interim role.
This morning her first administrative decision was to put the City Administrator on leave, and she did that without asking any other city council members.
Tonight's meeting was to air concerns over that decision. Mayor Strouse didn't attend the meeting.
