(KSL News) -- A Sandy neighborhood is anxiously waiting for The Smeltzer family to come home to a brand new home.
Several memebers of the Smeltzer family suffer from a genetic disease. Their old place wasn't handicap-friendly and it had many structural problems.
So two weeks ago Heart to Home demolished their old place and volunteers went to work. Today decorators ruled the new roost.
Tomorrow the family will return to Sandy and see what the heart and help of a city of volunteers can make happen, and we'll be there to show it to you.
