GUSTER-- A head-on collision killed two people in Uintah County.

The Utah Highway Patrol says the crash happened on State Road 40 just west of Guster yesterday evening.

Timothy Reynolds of Vernal was driving eastbound in a pickup, when he suddenly crossed the center line, and collided head-on with another pickup. The driver of that truck, Chad Porter of Provo, was killed instantly.

Reynolds, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, was also declared dead at the scene.

UHP says fatigue may have been a factor and are still investigating.
