(KSL News) -- Oregon authorities are asking Utahns to be on the lookout, for a woman who took her daughter against a court protective order.
7- year old Heidi Rus and Michelle Finley were last seen a week ago in Wells, Nevada. Police believe they're enroute to either Salt Lake City or Las Vegas.
Finley does NOT have custody of the girl. She also suffers from a bi-polar mental disorder. If you've seen them, contact police.
