(KSL News) -- Two candidates vying for one US Senate seat met today in Washington County to debate for the first time.
Senator Orrin Hatch and democratic candidate Peter Ashdown debated the situation in North Korea, the war in Iraq and other issues, at Tuacahn High School in Ivins.
Senator Hatch has been in office for 30 years. Ashdown, the founder and President of internet service provider X-Mission, is hoping to unseat Hatch this November.
