(KSL News) Home foreclosures in Utah are skyrocketing, and the president of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors is accusing banks of not doing enough to move distressed properties.
Board president Ryan Kirkham says the result is everybody gets hurt: the seller, prospective buyers and the banks themselves. He joined us to discuss the issue in tonight's Talking Point.
