(KSL News) A dump truck driver is in the hospital after an accident on I-15.
The truck was northbound near 500 South in Bountiful when it blew a tire. The driver overcorrected, tipped the truck and spilled the load of hot asphalt onto the freeway.
He was taken to the hospital with serious head injuries. The load could not be salvaged.
