(KSL News) A teenager from Cedar City has been arrested for shooting her mother in the face.
The 51-year-old woman drove herself to the emergency room. Hospital staff then called police.
Officers found out the woman was shot by her 19-year-old daughter during a fight. The woman was flown to a hospital in the Salt Lake valley and is expected to be okay.
The daughter was found sleeping at a golf course in Cedar City, and is in custody.
