(KSL News) -- Counting calories and fat grams might get a little easier.
The FDA is considering requiring food manufacturers to change the way they publish nutrition information on packages.
The change would call for a count of the full number of calories, fat, carbohydrates and other food components in the package, rather than listing the stats by portion sizes.
Since packages often contain more than one serving, experts argue the labels are misleading.
