(KSL News) -- Old Navy is recalling thousands of children's coats becasue of a faulty zipper.
The coats in question have a clear oval shaped zipper pull that can come off and cause a choking hazard. The coasts come in sizes from six months to 4-year old toddler.
If your child has one of these jackets, you can return it to Old Navy for a full refund and complimentary five dollar appreciation card.
