(KSL News) Farmington residents could lose property and property value because of a state plan to build a connection from Legacy Parkway.
The northbound portion of the highway is still about 10 to 20 years from actual construction.
The new plan is to link I-15 to the Legacy Highway through a small road built west of the interstate.
Something residents are calling it a "bummer deal" that could destroy several homes and businesses.
Tonight the Farmington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the issue.
