(KSL News) It appears the former head of the Utah-based Children's Miracle Network is headed to trial.
James Larry Hall is charged with multiple felonies including communications fraud, wrongful dealing of property by fiduciary and wrongful appropriation, all related to his management of an insurance agency.
The Deseret News reports a judge has scheduled a four-day trial for the first week in June of next year.
The allegations date to 2003. Hall was appointed president and chief executive of the Children's Miracle Network after that. The organization has said the charges have nothing to do with the charity.
