The Cincinnati Bengals are on their second three-game losing streak of the season going into a visit to the Dallas Cowboys. The Bengals are still looking for their first victory over a team with a winning record. The Cowboys have won two in a row coming off a five-game losing streak and just ended a six-game skid at home. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has been prolific despite the losses. He's just the fifth quarterback with three consecutive games of at least 300 yards passing and three touchdowns. But the Bengals have lost all three. Cooper Rush makes his fifth start of the season in placed of injured star Dallas QB Dak Prescott.
