(KSL News) Snowy conditions forced the Utah Department of Transportation to postpone until next week the planned openings of two newly constructed ramps on Interstate 80.
UDOT had planned to open the westbound off ramp to State Street as well as the westbound on ramp at 700 East this afternoon.
