OREM, Utah — Caleb Stone-Carrawell had 17 points in Utah Valley's 80-62 win against Southern Utah on Saturday night.
Stone-Carrawell had five rebounds for the Wolverines (8-7, 3-1 Western Athletic Conference). Drake Allen scored 16 points and added nine assists. Trevin Dorius shot 6 of 11 from the field to finish with 14 points.
The Thunderbirds (5-10, 0-4) were led in scoring by Zion Young, who finished with 17 points and two steals. Parsa Fallah added 14 points and six rebounds for Southern Utah. Dominique Ford also recorded 12 points and two steals.
Utah Valley's next game is Thursday against UT Arlington on the road. Southern Utah hosts SFA on Saturday.
