RADFORD, Va. — Led by Kezza Giffa's 24 points, the High Point Panthers defeated the Radford Highlanders 85-71 on Wednesday night in the Big South Conference opener. The Panthers are now 12-4 on the season, while the Highlanders dropped to 10-6.
