EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. — Led by Ryan Myers' 21 points, the Western Illinois Leathernecks defeated the SIU-Edwardsville Cougars 78-70. The Leathernecks are now 8-6 on the season, while the Cougars moved to 8-7.
