Brody Laga, K, Mountain Ridge HS (Herriman, Utah)
A former all-state soccer player who scored 24 goals with five assists in three years before focusing exclusively on football, Laga developed one of the top legs in Utah as a senior at Mountain Ridge and drew interest from Utah State, Oregon State and UCLA, among others.
The 5-foot-10 placekicker handled punts, kickoffs and placekicking duties with the Mustangs, averaging 45.2 yards on 54 kickoffs (net yards: 2,440), 35 yards on 31 punts (net yards: 1,085), and converted 15-of-18 field goals and 33-of-35 PATS with a long kick of 59 yards for 78 points.

- Two-time region Special Teams MVP in 2022 and 2023
- Named to Deseret News 6A All-State First Team as a senior

- All-State First Team Selection in 2022 as a junior
- Connected on 101 PATs and scored a total of 227 points at Mountain Ridge
- Earned 6A All-State honorable mention as a sophomore
- Also played soccer at Mountain Ridge before switching to football full time
- Played in the US Youth soccer national team in 2020
- Played with the Utah soccer Olympic development team in 2019, 2020 and 2022
