SALT LAKE CITY — A man was critically injured after being stabbed by his 15-year-old brother Wednesday night, police said.
The incident happened around 7:40 p.m. near 1400 E. Hudson Ave. in Salt Lake City, when police arrived to find that the 27-year-old victim had already been transported to the hospital after receiving aid from multiple bystanders, they said. The man was in critical but stable condition.
They discovered that the stabbing began as a "domestic situation between two brothers," police said, and the 15-year-old brother was taken into custody.
Police are investigating the exact cause of the incident, and have not released the names of the persons involved.
