PROVO — A man is dead after an accident at a job site near Novell Place and South East Bay Boulevard in Provo on Friday morning, police said.
The incident happened after 9 a.m. on April 15, when a male construction worker fell through a skylight and through the roof, Provo Police Sgt. Nisha King said.
The man, whose identity has not been released, was transported to Utah Valley Hospital where he was declared dead at the hospital, King said.
The investigation has been referred to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for further investigation.
