(KSL News) A former nightclub owner convicted of running a prostitution ring won't be getting a new trial.
Steven Maese was convicted of several felony counts in July related to the Doll House, an escort service he operated. But Maese's sentencing was postponed in October after his attorney challenged the fairness of the trial.
A judge denied that motion and scheduled a sentencing for Dec. 22.
