MIDVALE — Police have identified a man who died after he was found unresponsive in a pool at 978 E. South Union Ave. on Thursday night.

Gabe Hickenlooper, 18, died in the accident, which occurred about 8:20 p.m. Thursday, according to the Unified Police Department.

Police and paramedics performed CPR after he was found unresponsive in the pool, but said he could not be resuscitated.
