NEW YORK, Nov 09, 2004 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- MT Ultimate Healthcare of New York Tuesday acquired Abundant Nursing of Mount Joy, Pa.
MT Ultimate Healthcare is an emerging healthcare staffing and services provider.
Abundant Nursing is a healthcare staffing and services firm.
According to the terms of the agreement, MT Healthcare has acquired 100 percent of the stock of Abundant Nursing, which will operate as a profit center and regional facility.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
