(KSL News) Airport travel is a piece of cake today because airports, generally, have not been crowded at all. Many airports are quieter today than on most weekdays.
The federal government's flight delay Web site showed delays at only major airports this afternoon, and they were related to weather.
So, it looks like it may be time to bury that old saw about this being the busiest travel day of the year. Blame a sour economy for keeping people closer to home at the start of the annual Thanksgiving rush.
