(KSL News) Six officers involved in the fatal shooting of a carjacking suspect will not face charges.
The Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office concluded an investigation into the Oct. 17 shooting and ruled that the officers acted within their rights to use deadly force.
Marcus S. Agrillo was killed after he and two men allegedly carjacked a man in Salt Lake City.
The two other men surrendered peacefully, but Agrillo refused to get out of the vehicle and began to threaten officers at the scene.
Officers opened fire when he raised his hand and pointed what appeared to be a gun.
