(KSL News) Police are warning West Jordan residents to be on the lookout for a man who got away from them.
Sgt. Drew Sanders of the West Jordan Police Department said, "We know who he is. We'll be looking for him in the future."
Police showed up at a home near 6900 South and 2000 West in West Jordan last night to arrest Matthew Thompson. But while they were on the doorstep, Thompson escaped out a back window.
K-9 units were called out to help but had no luck finding him.
Thompson is wanted on several outstanding warrants, including another escape during which he escaped police in a vehicle.
