Well, good thing the nights have been getting cooler, so on your dark and quiet night at home you'll be enjoying some fresh air!

We can look up phases of the moon and when the moon rises and sets at the US Naval Observatory site, the link is on the right. Reviewing our definitions, Moonrise means when the upper edge of the disk is on the horizon and unobstructed. Moonrise on the 13th for Wendover is around 11:22 pm at night. On the 12th, Moonrise is earlier.

You can also use Weather Underground in the History and Almanac section to look up some moon information and definitions.
