OREM, Utah (AP) -- Two men who are believed to be connected to a string of car burglaries at Utah Valley State College housing have been arrested.
Police say the Salt Lake County men were booked yesterday into the Utah County jail on suspicion for possession of a stolen vehicle that was taken from a Salt Lake City dealership on Saturday. They're also being held on suspicion of evading and possession of a stolen property.
Officers say the men had apparently spent a few days in a vacant home in Orem. Police later recovered a number of stolen items at the home including a backpack, purses and clothing.
