(KSL News) Sentencing for a man accused of possessing ricin has been postponed.

In August, Roger Bergandorff pleaded guilty to possessing the deadly toxin in Las Vegas. This is the third time Bergendorff's sentencing has been postponed since then.

Bergendorff spent nearly two months in the hospital, unconscious, after authorities found the toxin in his motel room. He was scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow, but the judge changed the sentencing to next Monday.

Bergendorff is likely to get more than three years in federal prison.

His cousin, Thomas Tholen, pleaded guilty Aug. 11 to failing to report a crime. Investigators said he knew his cousin had ricin but initially lied about it. Bergendorff lived at Tholen's house in Riverton in 2005-06.
