(KSL News) Veterans, dignitaries and people simply wanting to support their troops lined the streets of Ogden today for an early Veterans Day parade.
Bands, soldiers, the governor, and of course veterans, marched in the parade this morning. The vets tell us it's an important tradition that honors their service to their country.
Gerald Wilkes said, "You don't realize there're so many vets until you see them waving flags and whatnot."
Veterans Day is Nov. 11.
