(KSL News) -- One Utah woman is celebrating a very big birthday today. Laura Hendrix from Orem is now a 102! She says her secret is keeping it simple.
Laura Hendrix, 102-years-old: "We sort of lived a simple life. We didn't, I remember the first automobile that came to town, I was four. We saw this, I guess it was probably a Ford, coming downthe street. We little children ran out in front. How can that move without any horses on it?"
Her family held an open house for her today. Hendrix has five children, 13 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
