LOGAN, Utah (AP) — Federal and county authorities continue to search for a missing 5-year-old girl in the northern Utah town of Logan. Police were serving additional search warrants Sunday and asking residents to check home video surveillance footage from 2 a.m. to noon Saturday. Meanwhile, police continue to call the girl's 21-year-old uncle a suspect in her disappearance. Elizabeth Shelley was discovered missing from her family's home about 10 a.m. Saturday and she was last seen sleeping at about 2 a.m.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Becoming one of Utah's 10 approved medical marijuana growers in the state's new program won't be cheap. The Salt Lake Tribune reports the state plans to charge a $10,000 application fee and an additional $100,000 annual licensing fee for those chosen. Ten grower licenses will initially be up for grabs. Medical marijuana advocates say the proposed cost is too steep. State officials argue the license fees would offset inspection expenses. The rules are expected to take months to finalize.

BAKER, Nev. (AP) — A 137-year-old rifle found five years ago leaning against a juniper tree in Great Basin National Park in Nevada is now part of an exhibit dedicated to the "Forgotten Winchester" at the park visitor center near the Utah border. The weathered Winchester Model 1873 is in a case designed to capture the way it looked when a park archaeologist stumbled across it on a rocky outcrop. Based on its condition, experts believe the weapon might have been abandoned in the forest more than a century ago.

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — Wyoming Army National Guard soldiers deploy this week for a peacekeeping mission in Kosovo. Community members are invited to attend a ceremony for the 297th Infantry Regiment on Tuesday afternoon at Star Valley High School in Afton. National Guard officials say this is the first time the Wyoming infantry unit is deploying since organizing in 2016.
