ANETH, Utah (AP) — Authorities say a body tentatively identified as a 4-year-old girl missing since mid-March has found in a creek on the Utah portion of the Navajo Nation. A Navajo Nation Police Department statement said the body was tentatively identified by parents of Anndine Jones after being found Wednesday evening by volunteer searchers and that positive identification was pending.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Evelyn Morgas says she feels like she's hugging her daughter again every time she embraces the Utah man who received her daughter's donated lungs and became a family friend. The Deseret News reported Tuesday that the Morgas family met 71-year-old Stan Taylor about a year after the lung transplant from Priscilla Morgas, who died of a stroke in 2015. The University of Utah Hospital highlighted stories like that of Stan Taylor and the Morgas family in honor of National Donate Life Month.

ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) — Authorities say they have arrested and charged four women with running a prostitution network in California, Nevada and Utah that netted tens of thousands of dollars a month. Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer said Wednesday the women had a website that appeared to be a legitimate service but was not. Authorities say the four women are charged with pimping and pandering. It was not immediately known if the women had lawyers.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Recent figures suggest that the Utah Highway Patrol is seeing early success under a new state law that dropped the blood alcohol limit from .08% to .05%, the lowest threshold in the nation. The Deseret News reports that Utah troopers say there were 134 alcohol-related crashes in January resulting in 59 injuries and one death, the lowest number in at least four years. There were 150 alcohol-related crashes in January last year resulting in 84 injuries and two deaths.
