BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A 27-year-old man police say snatched another man's wallet from an X-ray bin while going through a security screening line at the Boise Airport has been arrested.
Boise police identified Yousef Jamal Ramadan from surveillance video after a man on Friday reported his wallet missing after going through the screening line.
Police say security footage shows Ramadan taking the wallet and enter a restroom where the wallet was later found with the money removed.
Police say they used security cameras to determine which plane Ramadan boarded and removed him from an Alaska Air flight.
Ramadan on Saturday was being held in the Ada County Jail on suspicion of felony grand theft. He's scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
It's not clear from online records if Ramadan has an attorney.
