The Gators have rebounded from a 4-7 finish last season to win nine games in Mullen's first season. But Florida is 0-4 against Michigan, including a loss in the 2017 opener.

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) — Kaila Charles scored 16 of her 23 points in the second half and No. 4 Maryland beat Penn State 77-61 in the Big Ten opener for both teams. Down 57-56 after three quarters, Maryland held Penn State to four fourth-quarter points.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Kenisha Bell had 17 points and 10 rebounds for her first double-double of the season, Annalese Lamke scored 20 points and No. 12 Minnesota opened Big Ten Conference play with a 74-56 win over Wisconsin.
