SALT LAKE CITY — Fires continued to burn across the state as Utahns celebrated during Labor Day weekend. And as Utahns were out enjoying the holiday, they also snapped photos of the smoke and flames.
Browse through the gallery to see shots of the Avon Fire in Weber County, which is now 100 percent contained, as well as photos of some of the other fires burning in the state right now.
But because fires are not the only thing happening in Utah, we also have photos of the nice views Utahns enjoyed this week. From sunrises and sunsets to nature and wildlife, there are photos of it all.
Now that it's September, fall weather is fast approaching. I know it stills feels like summer, but the cooler weather has to arrive someday, and with it will come fall foliage! Be sure to be on the lookout for those fall colors and snap a pic when you see them. Send your photos our way and we'll feature them here on KSL.com.
