SALT LAKE CITY — 2018 is finally underway and there's no time like the present to get out and enjoy everything Utah has to offer.

This week's gallery is filled with photos of Utahns enjoying New Year's sunsets and all the snow that blanketed the state over Christmas.

And though the stormy Christmas weather didn't last long, one man's "SnoWars" scene in Farmington definitely made good use of the snow pile.

We also received this video from Justin McFarland of some of the gorgeous views right now at Pineview Reservoir in Ogden Canyon.

As you're enjoying the winter weather this year — whether that means building creative snowmen, ice skating on frozen lakes or hiking on frosty trails — be sure to submit your photos to be included in KSL.com's future user submitted galleries.
