NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Thursday:

Sage Therapeutics Inc., up $64.37 to $156.27

The drug developer said a depression drug worked in a clinical study, its second success in about a month.

Merck & Co., up 42 cents to $54.77

Investors weren't impressed with results from a study by Roche of its cancer drug Tecentriq, which competes with Merck's Keytruda.

Lululemon, up $4.35 to $72.01

The athletic apparel maker posted strong results for its fiscal third-quarter and raised its forecasts for the full year.

Dollar General Inc., up $2.52 to $93.37

The discount retailer raised its sales projections after a solid quarterly report.

Edwards Lifesciences Corp., $4.09 to $117.45

The heart device maker gave solid annual earnings and sales forecasts and said it will buy back $1 billion in stock.

LendingClub Inc., down 66 cents to $3.59

The company, which connects borrowers and lenders, lowered its annual revenue forecast and projected weak sales in 2018.

General Electric Co., up 5 cents to $17.71

The company said it will eliminate 12,000 jobs in its power business as it continues to cut spending.

Tailored Brands Inc., up $2.32 to $19.51

The specialty apparel retailer raised its profit forecast after it beat Wall Street expectations in the third quarter.
