CLARKSTON, Wash. (AP) — Three teenage boys police say caused at least $30,000 in damage to sports fields in eastern Washington state by spinning doughnuts in a pickup have been taken into custody.

The Lewiston Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/2Aq69gO) that a 15-year-old and two 14-year-olds were taken into custody Friday and have each been charged with four felonies involving malicious mischief and taking a vehicle without permission.

Authorities in Asotin County say the damage occurred at a county sports complex called Field of Dreams and sports fields at two schools.

One of the boys was released to his parents while two who are accused of driving the vehicle are being detained until a court hearing set for Monday.
