Barack Obama has the presidency in the bag, if you believe the findings of one professor in Utah.

Utah Valley University Political Scientist Jay Desart and his partner from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee say Obama has a 99.99 percent likelihood of winning the election.

They're forecasting a blowout tally in the Electoral College: 354 to 184.

Desart has a decent prognostication record. He said President Bush would be narrowly re-elected in 2004.

He called for a neck and neck victory for Al Gore in 2000. Gore did win the national popular vote but was sunk by the controversial vote in Florida.
