PAGE, Ariz. (AP) -- Park rangers have found the body of a 19-year-old Seattle man who drowned last month at Lake Powell.

A spokesman for the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area told The Salt Lake Tribune in its online edition Friday that the body of Luke Rogers surfaced on the Utah side of the lake Thursday near Gregory Butte.

Rogers had been standing on the bow seat of a powerboat, holding onto the bow line, when the operator slowed the boat and Rogers was tossed into the water.
