(KSL News) A man who killed two women in downtown Ogden in July may face the death penalty.
Prosecutors told a judge they intend to seek the death penalty against Jacob Ethridge and said they would soon file the formal papers to upgrade the charges against Ethridge from murder to aggravated murder.
Ethridge was found competent to stand trial last month after two psychological examinations. Police arrested Ethridge after he shot and killed two prostitutes in July.
