MURRAY — A 19-year-old woman from Holladay is dead after a car crashed into a solid block wall in Murray early Monday morning.
Police identified the victim as Monica Long, 19, from Holladay.
Police responded to the crash near the Vine Gate Apartments at 1400 East and 6100 South at 12:05 a.m., according to Murray Police Sgt. Marvin Barlow.
He said Long had to be extricated from the vehicle and later died.
More information about what caused the crash has not yet been released.
