This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.
Author and early American homesteader Flora Whittemore once said, "The doors we open and close each day decide the lives we live."
George Q. Morris would agree with this statement and perhaps add that the importance of hope and optimism can't be overemphasized. He used both to help him rise through the ranks, from mowing lawns to running a successful real estate organization to launching his own speaking company, the George Q. Morris Organization.
The George Q. Morris Organization provides coaching and training for all types of salespeople. George feels that no matter what someone is selling, it takes a consistent sales approach to persuade and communicate with the intended audience. His Salt Lake City-based organization offers a variety of seminars and products that focus specifically on the sales process and business planning.
George believes that with the right training, anyone can become a salesperson. Through his organization, George offers three main services: individualized sales coaching; seminars and workshops; and products such as audio programs and a book he will soon complete. Individualized coaching has been the most popular service thus far; George and his staff work with clients one-on-one to teach presentation skills such as knowing what to say and how to say it.
With the current state of the marketplace and the economy as a whole, George has found that many of his clients live in fear of what the future might bring. However, he assists them in managing their fear and working around their emotions so they can become successful despite the market's condition.
George is confident that the George Q. Morris Organization can provide clients with the tools to find success even in tough economic times. Eliminating fear opens the door for hope and optimism, which brings peace of mind and success.
For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
