The Mitt Romney rumors are surfacing again, but this time it isn't as part of the McCain ticket but his administration.
Just because Romney wasn't chosen by McCain as his vice presidential running mate, it doesn't mean the speculation is over.
The "Congressional Quarterly" reports Romney is now a top choice for a cabinet position, but not economy related as you might think. Instead it's for secretary of Homeland Security.
Congressional Quarterly's sources say Romney's extensive managerial experience makes him a good choice to McCain for improving collaboration and communication between the 22 different agencies within the department.
