SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A Salt Lake City man accused in the shooting death of another man last week in an apartment complex hallway now faces charges.
Yesterday, a judge charged 22-year-old Juan Noriega with first-degree murder in the death of Rodolfo Sepulveda-Soto.
The judge also charged him with third-degree unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
The alleged shooting happened at Victoria House, located at 837 South and 400 East. That's where authorities say Sepulveda-Soto was shot once in the chest on August 16th following an argument between the victim and Noriega.
