(KSL News) A big crash, then a big fire and a bigger rescue shut down traffic between Logan and Mendon.
A diesel truck carrying scrap metal collided with a car on State Road 30.
Logan firefighters say the truck then rolled, caught fire, and trapped the driver inside. According to witnesses, passerbys pulled the driver from the burning truck.
Fire trucks got to the scene in minutes and had control of the fire in less than an hour.
